How can I get sponsors for my triathlon team?

I have a triathlon team with two other kids from my school. We're really good and undefeated so far. We are trying to go to alot of different triathlons in states around us, but it costs soo much money for the entry fees and travel expenses. We were looking to get sponsored by businesses around us. Does anyone know how we could do that, or get sponsored by bigger companies?

2. Triathlons are generally not a team sport. Yes I know most tri's have team competitions but look at the number of teams competing versus the number of individuals. All important US and International competitions are individual competitions. Before you say that you are really good and begin to attract sponsorship you need to compete on an individual level and that means training for all three sports. That is why the sport is called triathlon.
